This bell may not make a sound but it sure strikes a chord with the chickadees and titmice. We received the seed bell as a stocking stuffer for Christmas. The birds must have loved it.
After two and a half days the seed bell is all gone! At least I managed to get some nice shots of the chickadees. Unfortunately I missed the Carolina wren.

Lucky you, Dave! I’ve been thinking of buying or making a bird feeder to hang in my terrace garden. Seeing so many cute birds in all the blogs inspires me. Great photos.
I was just thinking of making my first batch of suet. I will soon- just need a few more ingredients and I need to make my suet holder too. Nice shots of the chickadees- they’re always so hard for me to catch with camera in hand!
Cute!
I love putting those out and watching all the birds gather around. Have only been filling my mosaic feeder this winter. Need to get one of these out again. Thanks for the reminder and the great pictures of the chickadees.
I love those little chickadees. They really go through that food fast, don’t they?
What kind of birds fly around down there Dave? Sounds like you’ve some hog birds! ;~)
