One cold December morning a frost covered the land. It was still as everything and everyone was awaiting the sun to add warmth for the day.

Wow, you guys in TN have really be fortunate to have such a long growing season. It is sad to see it end but, I guess you knew the day would be coming. Looking forward to your winter posts.
Jake
I like your frosted photos. Our birds gather around the running water of the frog fountain when it is cold.
My 4 year old son has been in awe over the frost. He woke up this morning and ran up to me and asked if he could go touch the frost. I looked outside and it was raining! Figures! 🙂
It was really beautiful while it lasted. I do love how the clover looks all frosted. gail
Dave,
Only you could make clover into a masterpiece! Hope it warms up out there!
The frost on all your plants is really pretty. We woke up to our first frost today, the birdbath stayed frozen most of the day. Guess it's finally winter.
Those are some pretty pics Dave. It's hard for me to realize that it's that cold there.
Warm here–we did have some hard rain at different times tonight. More to come Fri & Sat.
